‘Project Home’ is a personal project I worked on during my internship at 3D Systems. This project is a reflection of my 3D modeling skills during my internship at 3D Systems. I started of with a simple, empty floor plan of my original house, and developed the interior, exterior and the additional floors in the following four months.

This project helped me to learn the possibilities and boundaries of the 3D printing “fused deposition modeling” technology. The completed model contains 3 floors, fully furnished and decorated. The outer walls are decorated with bricks and roof tiles.The completed model is used as promotion for the Cube 3 and Cube Pro in stores like Harrods London, Selfridges London, CES Las Vegas and De Bijenkorf Amsterdam. This file became 1 of the 25 free files to be included with the Cube 3 and the Cube Pro.
