Candle Pillow | Sunday Market, 2013

The softness of a pillow, captured in robust concrete. By pressing a candle in a plastic bag with liquid concrete, the folds in the plastic bag create a soft ‘pillow’ look on the surface of the concrete.

These Candle pillows were for sale at the Sunday Market in Amsterdam. We designed these Candle pillows in five different colors: gold, silver, black, neon yellow and neon pink. These Candle pillows can be used in- and outside the house and are a great eye catcher in a modern or industrial interior.
